Individual COunseling

Individual growth happens through insight. It is my role as a therapist to facilitate the journey to the desired change. As a facilitator, I provide a safe, judgment-free space for holistic exploration. 

Length of Session: 50 Minutes

Session Cost: $150 ($50 for each additional 30 minutes)

Executive dysfunction COunseling (adult adhd)

This service is offered to those adults and professionals diagnosed with ADHD or those suffering from similar symptoms finding it challenging to manage daily activities and responsibilities. For example difficulty getting organized or staying organized when it comes to time management, management of projects, staying focused, meeting goals, or completing tasks. This clinical service focuses on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and is highly directive and therapeutic.

Length of Session: 50 Minutes

Session Cost: $200 ($50 for each additional 30 minutes)

Couples Counseling

After the honeymoon phase is over or after individual transitions, many couples find it difficult to shift and continue to grow. A non-biased safe space for couples to communicate their concerns, pains, needs, or new desires is needed. My role is to facilitate those discussions to find clarity and resolutions for what is best for both parties in the relationship.

Length of Session: 50 Minutes

Session Cost: $225 ($75 for each additional 30 minutes)

Group Counseling

Therapy in small groups comes with many interesting dynamics that provide all involved time to speak, think, reflect and connect with others. As a therapist, it is my responsibility to maintain the group's integrity and help guide interactions to meet individual and group goals.

Length of Session: 90 minutes

Payment Methods:

All payments are made electronically and complete before the beginning of each session.

Private pay is the only form of payment accepted, a sliding scale is considered. Insurance is not accepted at this time.
